Rubbish fires on the #4 & #6 Amtrak Tracks.

*3 boxes initially went out for this. One at Penn Station, one at the East River tunnel in Manhattan, one at the East River in Queens.

1504 - Div. 1 - All Hands - DWH

1525 - Div. 1 - Companies are on the light train. No change in conditions. DHW - Duration 55 minutes.

1540 - Div. 1 - PWH

1548 - FC - The fire has been extinguished, smoke has lifted. Train has been removed from the tunnel.
