Terrace Ct. is a fairly new street. The box is at Admiral & 65. It is just west of Rentar Plaza. If you were to drive down the ramp for BJs could can see all the new houses that were built.

Terrace Ct. is a fairly new street. The box is at Admiral & 65. It is just west of Rentar Plaza. If you were to drive down the ramp for BJs could can see all the new houses that were built.

Those had to be built after 2004 right? I never remember construction back there. I remember newer people having a hard time finding Admiral Ave but that was long before these were built.

One day years ago my Family & I were shopping in the old "K Mart" in Rentar Plaza .....it was a big store & we were in there for shopping for quite awhile ......during this time I was "off the air"....we were parked on the open upper deck which had a terrific view & when we came out late afternoon I looked North East & there was a tremendous cloud of black smoke on the horizon....it was the Fourth Alarm in Raindew back in my hood....Raindew (which has been rebuilt) is a large one story bldg including a basement shopping area....it has just about anything you could think of home related....dry goods...hardware...clothing...a Pharmacy....packaged dry food ....canned food ...as well as seasonal decorations etc..etc. .....the Fire completely burned the place out....it is directly across Francis Lewis Blvd from 320/167....that day a new LT was working his 1st tour in 167....a good initiation. .... raindew bayside

Wow. Does anyone remember the multi alarm fire in the Waldbaums in the same plaza across from 320/167??? I can't remember the year but it was an all night job. It was many years ago
