snice this place was a welding place would they have done anything different? and somthing of intrest on Google maps the trench behind the location used to be the north shore branch of the staten island railway and google apperantly left the station markers on there maps

Its not just a welding place. The entire complex is known as 60 Davidson. Those long buildings are separated on the inside into different businesses. One of them stores alot of oil and lubes. On a side note, there are still tracks that criss cross the entire development. A holdover from the shipbuilding days. The trains would come off the north shore branch, into the yards, and then down to the water.

Well those pictures confirm what I was told. Ladder 77's Marauder II had electrical issues and they are back running their old truck.
