0852 - Bn. 45 - We had a contractor puncture a gas main in the basement of a 2 story commercial that's under renovation. We need a forthwith response from Con-Ed. We are evacuating the building and the walkway over Queens Blvd.
0906 - Bn. 45 - We've evacuated all of the occupants and have cleared Queens Plaza from 27 Street to 24 Street. Using All Hands including Haz-Mat.

0932 - Div. 14 - Con Ed is mitigating the gas leak at this time. DWH
