One in the same incident????

I have a report of  Box 2856  for a Second Alarm.  Box struck about two hours later at  14:55 ??? ??? ???

Both boxes are listed Richmond Road at Arthur Kill Road/RVFD

I assume RVFD meand Richmond Volunteer FD

I haven't listened to anything in your time frames so I don't know to respond to your Huh's ???

I believe the volunteer company is Richmond Eng 1 located at 3664 Richmond Rd

If you are talking about the following:

MAJOR BRUSH

I would say it is a separate incident since L161 acting L83 is the FAST truck
