1986 Seagrave FDNY Ladder Truck

I took this pic back in 1986 at the annual Fire Expo held in Lancaster, PA. It is not telling of any serial numbers or even a hint as to where it may have been assigned. Some have guessed at it being assigned to Ladder 137 in Queens because they got the first ladder of 1986, but again it's difficult to actually verify it. Anyone else have any opinions or educated guesses?
