How many children and adults have we lost in the last 25 years, being trapped in an attic bedroom with no way out?
I like the idea of a mandatory 2nd mans of egress from an attic living space; (like the fire escape in the photos) but that would be a dog fight getting through the legislature. Bad enough the idiots that run this city want to make basement apartments legal.
