A hotel turned into a shelter? Well that’s shocking!! NOT!!

Government pay top dollar with taxpayer cash!! Whether it’s Section 8, homeless, druggies or illegals!!
These companies love getting way over market rate for each room with government cash!! Government pays for their cleaning services. Government pays for their transportation. Government gives them free cell phones, free wifi, free cable. Free food.
All the companies that deal with the government love getting that government cash direct deposited into their accounts every month!!
The taxpayers never miss a payment!!
I’d love to see DOGE dig into the corrupt schemes run by filthy judges that mandate this stuff, the politicians that make sure it happens, and all the companies that get paid insane money to make it all happen
 
The former Pan American Hotel at 79-00 Queens Blvd https://6tocelebrate.org/site/pan-american-hotel/
a few blocks from 287/136/46 was built for the 1960's World's Fair & remained a neat & clean Hotel for local & International travelers (close to LAG & a short ride to MANH & Shea Stadium / Citi Field. ).....several yrs ago when the conversion of decent Hotels to shelters was underway the old Pan American became a victim as did many of the surrounding small business's who after years of serving the Community closed not wanting to deal with the new wave of activities at all hours in the formerly working class neighborhood.
