**CIDS--Major alterations. MD 4-story 20x80 Class-3 lightweight. Cellar, 2-floor, and floors 3-4 with roof penthouse are 2 triplex apartments. Penthouse extends over 260 and 258 W88 st .Sprinklered throughout. Window bars on the first floor.
-B11 2&2 rubbish fire at the entrance to ther cellar checking on extension ATT 15:24
-B11 cancel the FAST truck, no special units at this time 15:26
-B11 fire is extinguished, no extension to the building. Currently using 2&2 continuing to vent 15:30
