Using All Hands for a fire in a basement electrical room of an 8 story Class 1 MD 75x100
-D3 there is still heavy arcing in the electrical room. We have one dry 2.5 inch line stretched and still conducting searches. We are also waiting for ConEd 00:19 30 mins
-D3 primary searches on floors 2-7 and the stairwells are complete and negative and still searching on the 1 floor. We have a ConEd Supervisor on-scene but are still waiting for a ConEd crew. This fire remains Doubtful 00:30 40 mins 2.5
-D3 all primary searches are complete and negative throughout. The ConEd supervisor reports the crew has a 15 minute ETA and we are still doubtful 00:37 48 mins
-D3 Progress report #3. The secondary searches are under way and ConEd is in the process of making their way under the front of the building to cut the power. The fire is still doubtful 01:02 1h13 mins
-D3 Progress Report #4. The secondary searches on floors 1-8 are complete and negative. No searches have been done in the basement where we still have heavy arcing. ConEd is still working on cutting the power to the building and we are doubtful 01:16 1hour 27mins
-D3 Progress Report #5. We now have more manholes popping in the street and ConEd is investigating. They have cut more power but there is still arcing in the basement. We are continuing to use All Hands and we are still doubtful 1h 40mins 01:29
-D3 Progress Report #6. The smoke condition on upper floors has lightened somewhat. ConEd is in the process of trying to cut the power from a second manhole. We are still using All Hands and are Doubtful 01:52 2hours 3mins
-D3 Progress Report #7. the smoke has cleared on the upper floors and the arcing has dropped down considerably. ConEd has cut most of the power from the second manhole. We are going to place this fire Probably Will Hold and will drop down to 2&2 02:05 2h17 mins
-D3 this fire is now Under Control. D3 is 10-8 and B9 will remain on-scene with 2&2 until ConEd removes power 02:37 2hours 48mins
