Originally a call for smoke in a store which was due to a transformer. A second box was then filled for smoke in transit. Then it was discovered that it was the same incident. Sorry guys this is going to be confusing until I can organize it.

Manhattan Box 713 431 7 ave off w33 st
Reporting smoke in A&H Food Plaza 11:59
Now receiving a call for a fire in transit on the 1 line, unknown if related 12:00

-E1 it's a transformer outside the building 12:00
-B7 as per L21 there is a smoke condition on the train platform uptown 1 line (which was Box 689, the IRT 1 line for 7ave and w34 st)
-B7 we have 400ppm CO and are evacuating the building
-B7 now getting reports of fire in the conduit in the station. Notify transit and rush ConEd(first available) 12:10
-B7 no train traffic into the station due to CO and smoke 12:13
-B7 we have the same condition as B9's incident and we believed it started in a transformer extending down into the building 12:14
-B7 it is one incident. We are making Box 689 a 10-31 and moving the units from both assignments here. We are using All Hands with 1LS not operating and waiting for ConEd. We are using the units from both incidents and need PD for traffic
-D1 tell transit that the trains can come through without stopping at 34st. We have ConEd and PD on scene with 7ave and 34 blocked. We have a smoking transformer and are still using All Hands 12:27 29 mins
-D1 429 and 431 have been evacuated with 25 people total evacuated. Also 50 people from the subway station 12:29 31 mins
-MD to D1 RBU is unavailable they are in training 12:33
-MD RBU1 is now available 12:38
-D1 the transformer appears to be dormant but we are still waiting for ConEd. The smoke is lifting in the subway and CO levels are dropping. The fire is doubtful 12:41 43 mins
-FC as per D1 we do not need a Transit BC 12:49 50 mins
-FC you can 10-2 the SOC Electric Rail Cart 12:52
-FC the transformer is outside of 431 7 ave. As per D1 the smoke in transit is lifting and units are monitoring. Also about 140ppm CO in a commercial establishment 425 7 ave that units are also monitoring. We are in the process of releasing companies. We have 1 10-45c4 for smoke inhalation who was removed from the subway by NYPD. We are Probably Will Hold 13:05 1hour 7 mins

Kinda surprised they didn't make this a 2nd Alarm. With all the companies coming in it would be almost enough to make up a 2nd.

"...413 7 Av @ W. 34 St  [Looks Like We're Talking About Penn Sta. here...]"

Odd-numbered buildings on 7th Avenue are on the east side of the avenue; Penn Station is on the west side of 7th.  I wouldn't be surprised if there was a smoke condition in at least the LIRR secondary to the IRT box.

Well all they did was take the units from the two separate boxes and combine them. The dispatcher asked to clarify that point several times so I thought he was going to transmit the 2nd on a technicality and just use the units on-scene.
