75-2764 (10-77-residential High Rise fire) 1428 Webster ave,D#6 reports 2L/s and operating for a compactor fire in a 21 story Project type building. Heavy smoke condition on multiple floors.

  Like G-man say's "alot of work over there in the last 50 years".

  Not sure, but it sounds like the projects around 168/169 St and Webster.

It is the projects and there's been fire activity there since they opened in the early 60's.  That's an area where there have been many big jobs all along Webster especially the west side from 165th to Claremont Pkwy.
