I guess they were there also
Nope, the rescue responds at the discretion of the dispatchers to these type of incidents outside of their normally assigned area (23rd St West of 9th ave to 72nd St) although they are trained HM Tech 2, the unit is a CPC company and not a HMTU.

Initial: Engs. 33, 5, TL9, L3, Battalion 6
Box filled out on report of workers overcome: E24, E44 (HazTec), HazMat 1, HazMat Battalion
Battalion 6 used 1, 2, and HazMat.

Still kind of surprised Squad 18 was not there, seeing as they are nearby and are a S.O.C. company, thus, I would assume they would be on this box, but I guess not. Maybe they were on another run, or like the rescue, they respond at the discretion of the dispatchers.
