2 questions Eng 88/92

Which reserve rig is stored at eng 88 keep seeing a seagrave in back of the inservice rig,and if you ever pass engine 92's quarters for the last year there was a reserve eng there but that has been replaced by 4 ems buses im not sure if they actually respond or just sit there can anyone explain? thanx
 
I know for a fact they dont respond. Theres was only one bus in lot when i was there on Dec. 14... ill get more info and post.
