Heavy fire basement & 1st floor on the 2nd alarm - latest report given by Div13 reported heavy fire basement, 1st, 2nd & 3rd floors - its a 2.5 story 20x60 private dwelling, exterior operation with a TL operating, wires down requesting Con Ed forthwith. Queens on Citywide just gave it as Springfield Gardens section.
