You right Capt. It is pretty interesting that years ago all the good occupied work used to be in the 17th and 19th Battalions and now it seems that the more consistent work has moved more towards the 15th Battalion response area. Interesting how the more consistent work shifts from certain areas over time. Just my two cents.

I think it's better to say that the work has become more equalized over time. Some areas used to do 95%. That is no longer the case. Demographics change, neighborhoods stabilize, etc.
In the old days, the 15 BN was not the "place to be", the area was much quieter and to some the reputation of the companies was not great.

An interesting way to measure how things have changed- take a look at who goes to those companies out of proby school- is it guys with hooks? Do officers compete for spots in those companies? Do FF's transfer out to "better" places or does the opposite happen? Answer those questions and it tells the story.
