While viewing the photo slideshow of Lou Minutoli, I noticed the shot taken from the rear of L133 and L126. L133 is shortjacked on the officer's side. Was there something wrong with the outrigger or just a shortcut? There doesn't seem to be any extenuating circumstance like a narrow street that would prohibit it's deployment. Just wondering what was going on with it.
