Fire on the roof of a 2 story flat roof attached 20x40 PD.

1403 - E-310 - Transmit the 10-75, we have fire on the roof.

L-103 FAST  -  E-290 4th Engine

1406 - Bn. 58 - All Hands Fire in the 4-1 corner.  1 L/S/O, Trucks opening up.

1409 - Bn. 58 - Water on the fire.  Primaries are negative on the 1st floor.  Trucks opening up, searching for pockets of fire. 

1412 - Div. 15 - MBFKD.  Return Squad 288.  PWH - Duration 11 minutes.

E-283 should be in the mix unless they were out .

They may have been at the all hands at box 1608.

E-283 was on an EMS run. 
They became available just after the transmission of the 10-75, but we're told to remain in service.
Moments later, E-283 was assigned as the 4th Engine on the Eastern Parkway AH.
