3/19/2011 - BC 52 in Oakland Gardens section of Bayside

I saw BC 52 on Union Tpke at Springfield Blvd heading W/B around 17:30 today - anybody know what they were up to? - their vehicle was pretty dirty too!

This is out of their general area - normally BC53 first due and BC54 second due

My guess:

The 53 and 54 were out at other boxes.
The aide forgot to wash the car.
