Multiple manholes on fire with elevated CO.
0841 - E-254 - Have Battalion 33 return to the scene. We have elevated CO levels.
0842 - E-254 - Fill out the box again, we have several light poles smoking; it's going up the block.
0856 - Bn. 33 - All Hands - No special units. We have elevated CO in 1976 and 1972, and we have a light pole on fire at the base and top. DWH
TL-172 FAST
0912 - Bn. 33 - 2 L/S, one is dry, one is on standby. Waiting for Con Ed to cut power to the manholes. Duration 1 hour 30 minutes.
0925 - Div. 15 - We have fire in multiple manholes with extension to multiple light poles. We've evacuated 8 buildings (1964-1994 East 16 Street). All searches are negative in the evacuated buildings. 2 L/S/O.
0926 - Div. 15 - Con Ed has cut power. PWH - Duration 1 hour 43 minutes.
