Fire throughout a 5 story 15x40 brownstone.

B-16: 10-75 - All Hands, fire in the basement, we need an extra E&T. (E-37 & L-30) - 22:55

TL-23 FAST

B-16: 2 L/S, we believe it's a basement fire, we are still searching. - 22:56

B-16: Make this a 2nd Alarm. - 23:00

D-6: Transmit a 3rd Alarm. - 23:20

Staging: St. Nicholas Ave. at West 147th St.

B-12: We activated the FAST truck. send us an additional FAST truck along with 2 additional trucks. (L-17F, L-14 & L-29) - 23:30

B-12: Transmit a 10-66 - We have a missing member, the FAST Truck has yet to find him. - 23:34

Car 3: Have R-4 respond also. - 23:40

B-12: We found the missing member, in the process of being transported. - 23:43

FC: All members being removed from the building. - 23:44

FC: Assign a BC to go to the hospital. (B-19) - 23:48

FC: Per Car 10, all members are out of the building, roll call being conducted. - 23:54

What was with all the different Commands reporting to Dispatch?
Went from B16 to B12 who was the RUL, to Car 6, then 10 then 11
