1956 - Bn. 6 - Investigating an odor.

2000 - Bn. 6 - Have Haz-Mat respond. We have a couple of addresses involved with people complaining of burning eyes from an unknown substance. (E-24 & L-24 also assigned)

2004 - Bn. 6 - There are 2 people complaining. The addresses involved are 182, 184, & 188 8th Avenue.

2014 - Div. 1 - We have Squad 18 investigating 188 8th Avenue for an irritant. Have Haz-Mat investigate for a Freon leak. We have reports that there was refrigeration work done here today.
