1206 - Bn. 37 - Extra Engine and Truck (E-231, TL-111).

1207 - Bn. 37 - MBFKD.

1210 - Div. 15 - We need EMS for a life threatening injury.

1217 - Div. 15 - 3 L/S, 2 L/O, the third line to the top floor for extension. Primaries are delayed on the 2nd floor due to the heavy volume of fire.

1218 - Div. 18 - Primaries are negative on the fire floor. The 10-45 is code 2. DWH

1230 - Div. 15 - Secondaries will be delayed in the fire apartment due to a medium clutter condition. Special call an additional Truck (H&L-175).

1235 - Div. 15 - PWH - Duration 37 minutes.

1245 - Div. 15 - We have a 2nd 10-45, this one is a code 4 who was removed prior to our arrival.

1248 - Div. 15 - We need one additional Truck (L-123) to assist with secondaries. Under Control - Duration 50 minutes.

-MBD0850. 1 Red Tag patient being transported by 39V and 44E to H55 (not H41). Potential remains high. I will hold with the current assignment. Medical Branch is being turned over to 531 12:34

-58C let MBD know, we've had a patient walk up to us, currently a Green Tag 12:38

-MBD fire operations are ongoing, potential is low. Total patient count of 2, 1 Red Tag and 1 Green Tag, both civilians and transported to H55. I am releasing MERV3 and myself (531). C59 is taking over Medical Branch 13:19 1 hour 12 mins
