Large complex of 6 story brick OMDs, been around since before the 1960s, addresses on Brooklyn, Brooklyn, and New York Avenues, East 34 and East 35 Streets, and Victor Road.  They have seen plenty of fire duty since the 1960s and it has been increasing quite a lot this year.  Box 2427 at NY and Foster Aves. is a popular box.
 
Lately they've tried to up their image by changing the name to "Flatbush Gardens." A pig in lipstick...
 
Any decent job you have to hand stretch the whole bed to get  one line in operation the way it is laid out with steps from the street to the courtyard so the pumpers can't get to the front of the building. and trucks can only ladder the rear with the aerials.
