1012 - Bn. 31 - All Hands - We need an emergency response from Con-Ed. We have an underground transformer vault that extended to the building.
1016 - Bn. 31 - 1 L/S, searches in progress. Requesting Fire and Ice. DWH
1020 - BD - Fire and Ice unit will not be responding. They do not respond for transformer vaults, only manholes.
1021 - Div. 11 - Primaries are negative in the basement and 1st floor. We are evacuating the entire building due to elevated CO levels.
1027 - Div. 11 - We are going to release the Squad and Rescue. We will hold the All Hands assignment awaiting Con-Ed. DWH
1037 - Div. 11 - Secondaries are complete and negative throughout. PWH - Duration 35 minutes.
1042 - Div. 11 - Under Control
1058 - Bn. 31 - We are also evacuating 215 Plymouth Street due to elevated CO levels. We have multiple manholes going in the area.
