1503 - MD - 5-7 signal - CO Alarm on the 3rd floor of a MD (E-3, TL-21).
1511 - E-3 - We are getting reports of smoke in 2 apartments. Can you please fill out the box?
1516 - TL-21 - Transmit the 10-75.

1521 - Bn. 7 - All Hands for fire in Apt. 3E. 1 L/S/O, trucks opening up, searches in progress.
1527 - Bn. 7 - Have PD respond, we are having trouble with some civilians. Primaries in the fire apartment are negative.
1530 - Bn. 7 - Fire is knocked down. Still DWH
1540 - Div. 1 - Primaries are complete and negative. PWH - Duration 40 minutes.
1554 - Div. 1 - All secondaries are negative. Under Control - Duration 53 minutes.
