I imagine that at least 3 Engines and 2 Trucks were used at this box. However, the "All Hands" was not transmitted over the air.
Would a box like this count as an All Hands box when the FDNY bean counters compile their statistics?
Does the chief have an opportunity to give it the All Hands designation once they get back to quarters?
