What is MA and IV? Neither appears in you list of abbreviations.

Is SAF402 actually BC402 acting as safety officer or is a different chief?

Sorry about that, IV stands for "Investigator", basically like a fire marshal. They're put on every box assignment.

SAF402 is a separate chief that is staffed 24/7.

I am not sure what you mean by MA, the M at the end of E303 is just the CAD designator to let Fairfax know that E303 (from Dulles Airport) has a medic onboard.

I don't remember if I wrote down that LA is a Light & Air unit, basically just a rehab unit with extra bottles and misc. items.
