1607 - Bn. 53 - Secondaries are negative. Under Control - Duration 18 minutes.

251 has to be self sufficient for a while as 2nd due engine and 1st due truck are coming a distance. In fact, 251 when established in Glen Oaks , Queens back in 1952 had a Ward LaFrance 'quad' for their rig.
