1902 - Bn. 40 - We have a manhole that just exploded and is pushing heavy smoke. We are checking the surrounding properties.
1904 - Bn. 40 - Con-Ed will have someone there within an hour.
1906 - Bn. 40 - Transmit the 10-75. We have multiple manholes going. We need a priority response from Con-Ed. One hour is unacceptable.
