Fire on the 4th floor of a 22 story 80x80 retail/office building. 

1253 - Bn. 8 - We have a report of an electrical fire on the 4th floor. We also have a burned electrician, have Engine 44 bring their EMS gear.

1257 - Bn. 8 - Transmit the 10-76. Electrical contractors cut into an electrical main. Trying to shut the power down. We have (1) 10-45 no code.

L-4 FAST

1303 - Div. 3 - We are 10-84. Ladder 4 is being put to work. Assign Ladder 25 as the FAST Truck.

1308 - Car 6A - Put another call into Con-Ed. Notify them that we still have heavy arching on the 4th floor.

1315 - Div. 3 - We have arching on the 2nd floor with 1 L/S. We have heavy arching on the 4th floor with a heavy smoke condition also with 1 L/S. Searches are in progress. DWH

1316 - Div. 3 - Primaries are negative in the elevators, and C&D stairwells.

1324 - Div. 3 - Special call 2 extra Trucks (TL-35, TL-7).

1326 - Div. 3 - Per EMS, the 10-45 is code 3.
