1424 - Bn. 43 - Fire is in Apt. 221 in the "A" wing. 2 L/S, 1 L/O, water on the fire. Primaries are negative with the exception of the fire apartment. We have water on the fire.
1425 - Bn. 43 - AVFKD. Primaries are negative on the floor above.
1427 - Bn. 43 - Primaries are negative in the fire apartment. DWH
1428 - Bn. 43 - We have (1) 10-45 who is ambulatory.
1436 - Bn. 43 - Secondaries are in progress. PWH - Duration 20 minutes.
