-D3 using All Hands for a transformer fire no FAST required 23:59
-MD to D3 OEM is 20 mins away and will meet you in front of 59 W73 st 00:06
-D3 request 1&1 (E69, L43) for relief purposes 00:45
-D3 we continue to have a gas fed fire in the transformer vault in front of 59 W73 street. ConEd is cutting holes in the street to try to shut the gas off. We are continuing to monitor gas levels in the 3 buildings and levels have increased as of this time 3h46mins 00:59
-D3 we will release E40 E74 TL35 and L25 and use the remaining units E39 L43 E69 B11? and D3. ConEd has somewhat slowed the leak and we are still monitoring gas levels in the building and surrounding properties 4h5mins 01:18
-D3 we are Under Control. ConEd stopped the gas and there is no gas in the apartments. Units are in the process and we will be getting people to re-occupy their apartments shortly 4h28 mins 01:40 hours
