0935 - L-4 - Transmit the 10-75, for fire on the scaffold going into the building.

0946 - Bn. 8 - We have a rubbish fire on the scaffolding at approximately the 15th floor.  All visible fire knocked down, trucks checking for extension.  Release the Rescue.  All Hands - PWH
