Fire on the 3rd floor of a 3 story frame 20x40 PD with extension to a similar attached.
Initial reports of children trapped.
1108 - R-2 - 10-75 the box.

1109 - Bn. 38 - We have fire on the top floor. Blowing out 3 windows. All Hands - Extra Engine and Truck (E-309 act. E-283, TL-120).
1111 - Bn. 38 - Transmit a 2nd Alarm.
1119 - Div. 15 - Transmit the 3rd Alarm. We had a partial collapse in exposure 2. All members are accounted for. (Staging at Utica and Bergen)
1137 - FC - We are removing all members and conducting a rollcall. There was a partial collapse in the rear of exposure 2. 3 Tower Ladders in operation, searches will be delayed. DWH
1156 - FC per Car 3 - Tower Ladders have been shut down, moving to an interior operation. 2 L/S/O in the rear.
1212 - FC per Car 7 - 3 L/S/O, 1 TL in operation. Searches delayed due to heavy volume of fire and collapse. PWH - Duration 1 hour 6 minutes.
1220 - FC - Special call 2 additional Trucks, designate one as a new FAST Truck (H&L-175, L-102 FAST).
1237 - FC - Transmitting (2) 10-45 code 4's.
1244 - FC per Car 13 - All searches are complete with the exception of the top floors of the fire building and exposure 2, due to stability. Transmit a 10-41 code 1 due to heavy fire volume on arrival. Under Control - Duration 1 hour 38 minutes.
