1429 - E-214 - 10-75 the box. Fire on the 3rd floor.

1430 - Bn. 57 - All Hands on Arrival - In the process of stretching a line.

1434 - Bn. 57 - Extra Engine and Truck (E-234, L-112). Heavy fire on the 3rd floor.

1436 - Bn. 57 - 2 L/S, 1 L/O, primary searches are in progress.

1438 - Bn. 57 - Primaries on the fire floor are complete and negative, MBFKD, trucks are opening up, checking for extension. DWH

1445 - Div. 15 - 3 L/S, 2 L/O. We have auto exposure to the 4th floor. DWH

1453 - Div. 15 - Secondaries are complete on the fire floor. PWH - Duration 26 minutes.

1502 - Div. 15 - We have (1) 10-45 code 4, removed prior to our arrival.

1510 - Div. 15 - Under Control - Duration 43 minutes.

1516 - Div. 15 - Make this a 10-41 code 1 (mixer off).

Pre 1971 before 176 was organized & 123 was on Ralph Av & 112 was on Madison St 904 was 108s farthest 2nd Due box from Siegel St.

I remember that Chief,102 had Throop,108 had Sumner & 112 had Lewis, 123 picked up all those avenues roughly at Halsey St. The trucks moving to a different location and the addition of 176 (in the new House) altered the assignments.
