Kids jumping off the bridge. Original report that one did not surface. Unconfirmed now that all are accounted for.

1800hrs- R-3 available and responding. Searches still continue.

1807hrs- B-15 transmitting the All-Hands. R-4 has divers in the water. R-3 continuing in. R-1 returned.

1850hrs- Units taking up. Report is unfounded.

Well at least they got to see what the  actual response time table when and if this was to occur again to get the proper coverage  via the matrix.  Does the SOC water rescue Truck and the Squad assigned provide any support in readying the divers  to don the appropriate gear, suit and safety lines or does that fall upon the duties of the second rescue.  Also ... does both regular EMS respond to these types of calls or does the Rescue Medics  once on the scene have any special equipment to work with.

I saw Haz Tac & Regular EMS & No Squad wonder why not , aren't Squad FF's Diver trained too ? By SOC Water Rescue Truck do you mean The TSU ?

The second rescue is assigned to back up the first rescue with two or more additional divers.
Squads are not dive units and only recently have been assigned to scuba assignments with no defined mission.
For water runs, the squads and water rescue trucks are provided with surface rescue training, mustang exposure suits and some other safety equipment.

EMS will have a BLS respond. ALS if available or if the job is confirmed. Rescue medics are not specifically assigned except if it is in their regular "response area". Rescue medic vehicles do not carry any diving equipment and are not trained as such.
