Has anyone found a delay in transmissions coming over a Android scanner App?

I have both my bearcat scanner radio on as well as my Android and I'm getting the same transmissions over my Android, but about 30 sec. after hearing it over the Bearcat.

Most likely limited ventilation ability with few openable windows, if any.  This is the old Mayflower Movers (Spanish version) that's been there for well over 50 years.  Had a job in there in the late 70's. Pretty sure most of the windows on Exp 3 side were bricked up long ago.
