Power Outage in a 20 building high rise Housing Complex.
0942 - TL-155 - We have a complete power outage in Rochdale Village.
0942 - Queens - 2nd Alarm transmitted per SOP.
0944 - TL-158 - We are setting up a command post at 133 Avenue and Bedell Street.
0950 - Queens - Reporting multiple addresses throughout the complex.
1006 - Div. 13 - We have 3 sectors established. In the process of determining that power is off to all elevators. Special call 2 additional Battalions to the Command Post (Bn-52 & Bn-46).
1042 - Div. 13 - We have 5 sectors established and are in the process of checking 120 elevators. Rochdale is ready to turn the power back on but will wait until the elevators are checked. Special call 2 additional Trucks (L-150, TL-127).
1052 - FC - We have checked 80 of the 120 elevators and removed 3 people. EMS is a 170-32 on the 13th floor with a diff breather. DWH
1123 - FC - All elevators have been checked and are negative. Power is beginning to be restored. PWH - Duration 1 hour 49 minutes.
