1324 - Report of smoke in the work area of the East Side Access Project. Box 8794 also dispatched (per protocol) to the Command Post at Grand Central Terminal.
1332 - Bn. 8 - Initial reports are that there is a transformer fire around E 63 Street. Units investigating.
1340 - Div. 3 - Requesting a Communications Unit (E-7, FC)
1343 - Bn. 9 - Ladder 7 made their way down to the Madison Ave. Yard and encountered a light smoke condition. Employees of Grand Central at those levels have self evacuated.
1349 - Div. 3 - Construction supervisor reports a transformer fire in the caverns below 50th St. & Madison Ave. Using 2x2, the rest fast. Utilizing the Command Channel.
1359 - Div. 3 - There was a small transformer fire and a smoke condition in the South End of Grand Central. Using All Hands - DWH

1408 - Div. 3 - We had 2 transformers involved, extinguished with dry chem. All workers have been accounted for. PWH - Duration 47 minutes.
1423 - FC per Div. 3 - All Primaries and Secondaries are complete and negative. Under Control - Duration 1 hour 2 minutes.
