Pretty sure this was a request for buildings due to an apparent structural problem in the bathroom of the fire apartment, I think that truck was for relief.

E-42 (1st due eng.) & L-27 (2nd due truck) were both at box 4702 (10-26) just prior to box 2985. E-42 did not get to box 2985 but L-27 went in as an extra truck.
