Manhole fire with power outage.
1102 - Bn. 28 - Using 2x2 for an active manhole and a transformer that just blew. Notify Con Ed.
1117 - Bn. 28 - Notify Con Ed that there is no power in 1510, 1514, 1532, & 1536 DeKalb Avenue. We also need PD for a car that has been severely damaged.
1130 - Bn. 28 - Have EMS respond for an occupant who is having issues. Engine 237 is taking care of her.
1135 - Bn. 28 - Con Ed is on scene. We're going to release Engine 277 & Ladder 112.
1140 - Bn. 28 - All Hands - Under Control
