1255 - Bn. 31 - Using All Hands - PWH.  1 L/S/O, primary searches are negative.  Duration 9 minutes.

1311 - Bn. 31 - Under Control

This is a box where the "Tillary Street Tigers" hear 4th due engine, 2nd due truck, 1st due battalion, 1st due Divison  8)

Is that commonplace in areas other than 207's first due, i.e. Downtown Manhattan, where Engines don't have 4th dues, or is it the anomaly in this instance.

Yes all SAT*ENGs only have 1st ,2nd & 3rd Due responses as a regular ENG then additional multiple alarm (or special called) boxes as a SAT*ENG responding w/both pieces.
