2394 7th Avenue between West 139 and West 140 Street

BC16 gave the 10-75, Fire on the 6th floor

L-40 FAST

CIDS: 7-story 100X100 class 3, wrap around stairways, standpipe outlet near elevator

BC16 to MAN: Can we get an extra engine and truck due to the wrap around stairways (E-60, TL-17)

BC16 to MAN: We have 1L/S, using All-Hands

BC16 to MAN: Go with the 2nd alarm, we have fire extending to the top floor @1:28hrs

BC16 to MAN: Fire is KD on the 6th floor, water on the fire on the 7th floor. No fire in the cockloft at this time @1:39hrs.

MAN to CTU, FC, SB, Rehab Manager: A command channel has been established.

Div. 6 to MAN: Can we get 2 additional trucks for overhaul (TL-14, L-34)

MAN to L034, T014: Report to the command post for overhaul.
