Location: West 190 Street and Wadsworth Terrace

Manhole fire with power outage.

0557 - E-93 - Put a rush on Con-Ed.  We have active flames under a parked car.

0558 - Bn. 13 - Start out Fire and Ice unit (E-84 w/ Purple K 84).

0605 - Bn. 13 - Please send a separate box to Fairview Avenue and Fort George Avenue.  There is a transformer going at that intersection.  (Box 1778)

0606 - Bn. 13 - We have multiple power outages in the area.

0615 - Bn. 13 - Transmit the 10-75.  No additional units needed.  Monitoring for CO.

0616 - Bn. 13 - We have a very active manhole.  1 L/S.  All Hands - DWH
*Due to the DWH, the special units were dispatched.  Battalion 13 quickly returned them all.

0627 - Bn. 13 - We are applying Fire and Ice to the manhole.

0643 - Bn. 13 - We have no active flame.  Still using 3x2, awaiting Con-Ed.

0654 - Bn. 13 - Con Ed is on scene.  We are going to make this a 10-25 code 2.  Under Control
