Just curious, does anybody know if Ladder 19 did effect a rescue of those trapped firefighters. Or for that matter did Ladder 19 actually get their aerial in position from the next street over. If any of that happened, thats a first for me ever hearing that operation. Either way, "Nice job there 19 Truck"

That"s what happens when you suck up a few drinks while at the keyboard. The morning after you realize what a stupid mistake you made. To all my friends out there, actually I haven"t had a drink since August, 1978. That"s TRUE ! But I guess ??? I am a little bit on the senile side due to being a Somewhat Senior Citizen. I"ll never be able to live this one down. I can see it coming.

Ladder 19 did get their stick up to the roof from the alley behind the building, but they did not get involved in getting any members out. The door to the fire apartment was controlled and the members of 48 Truck were able to get down the stairs until the fire on the floor below was controlled.

No problem. The guys from 48 got some minor burns and will be alright. They got very lucky.
