I’m surprised so little senior chiefs went in on this, no CWTC or 4th alarm chief. Any reason behind it?

Car-12 (Chief of Safety Command) DAC was the CWTC . He had earlier attened a third Alarm in Manhattan. I assume, the fourth alarm here was for relief companies and not for fire fighting.. I stand to be corrected.

Yes i know not FDNY but in New Haven Car-36 is the Training Officer but also is safety office on scene.
Car-31 is COD can also be safety officer on scene
