18:50hrs. - Field Comm. 1 per Car 4H "Henry" reporting all visible fire is k/d. Primary searches on the 1st-5th floors w/exception of fire apartment are complete. Searches on the top floor underway. Fire remains D/W/H. Field Comm. 1 requesting 2 additional Trucks S/C.

18:55hrs. - Field Comm. 1 per Car 4H "Henry" reporting Battalion 39(Air Recon.), Battalion 6(Planning), and Engine 262 w/IMT. Planning Vehicle can go 10-8.

19:09hrs. - Car 12A "Adam" 10-84.

19:12hrs. - Field Comm. 1 per Car 4H "Henry" reporting primary searches throughout are complete. Secondary searches are complete w/exception of one Apt. on the 6th floor. Fire is now P/W/H.

This job was really kickin', blowing out of the rear windows. News 10 said that the one fatality was found in the staircase landing, probably trying to leave.

Yeah, they did.  Glad someone above posted the complete shot.  It shows the OV in position, checking adjoining windows and then finding the fire growing across his exit path.  Nice move scooting around and down.  Always be aware of your surroundings, right?
