SI to BC21: We 10-30 the box. Report of fire on 2nd floor and apt. B302.

SI to BC21, L78 and TL77: Report of people trapped 2nd floor.

L80 FAST

E155: 10-75 this address

SI transmitting the All-Hands

SI to TL77: Pull up in front of the building

BC21 to SI: Extra engine and truck (E160, L81)

BC21 to SI: Fire out the window on 3rd floor. No water on fire due to long stretch.

BC21: Have the extra truck, L81, respond off Stuyvesant into front of building. Off Wall Street from Richmond terrace - that is the only access.

BC21: 2nd alarm. Auto exposure to the 4th floor.

BC21 to SI: We’re using the #2 wing as the attack stairwell.

2nd alarm designations:
BC42RUL, BC33SO, TSU2

Div. 8 to SI: Primaries are negative. PWH.

Div. 8: (1) 10-45 code 4. Secondaries are negative throughout. Under control. 54-minute duration.

Looks like the window the ov went into was a separate apt from fire apt. Going by the bathroom windows on opposite sides of fe and how big of an md it is. No idea what FF heard or saw wasn't there, just an observation. I know sometimes Fe can serve 2 separate apts or 2 separate rooms of the same apt. Ov discussions are always good

Yes large MD on a steep, hilly street. I’d say one possibility of OV FF entering an adjoining apt. is because due to conditions fire out the window was imminent. Maybe better off entering window from apt. Next door and entering fire apt. From hallway? I’m not sure of fire operations but just a guess. A few seconds after his entry the fire was out the window and auto exposing onto the floor above.
