Fire throughout a 3 story 20x50 PD.
The 1st due companies were at Box 4845 (1170 229 Drive South) for a gas leak. Upon dispatch of Box 3811, Battalion 15 quickly made the gas leak a 10-18 for a 10-40 code 1 and transmitted the 10-75.
0830 - Bn. 15 - Go with the 10-75. We have a heavy volume of smoke emanating from the area. We definitely have something.
L-61 FAST
0831 - Bn. 15 - We have heavy smoke from the 2nd floor of a PD.
0832 - Bn. 15 - All Hands - Extra Engine and Truck. We have fire on 2 floors.
0839 - Bn. 15 - Go with the 2nd Alarm. We have fire throughout a PD. 2 L/S/O, third line being stretched.
0841 - Bn. 15 - 4 L/S, trucks opening up, searches are underway.
0857 - Div. 7 - Give me 2 additional trucks for fire duty.
0858 - Div. 7 - Transmit the 3rd Alarm.
0903 - Div. 7 - 5 L/S, 4 L/O, we are stretching a line into exposure 2. We have heavy fire on the 2nd floor and attic. Engine companies are moving in, trucks are opening up.
0923 - Div. 7 - MBFKD, searches continue. DWH
0926 - FC per Div. 7 - Requesting 2 additional Trucks (L-56, L-38).
0931 - FC - Special call an additional FAST Truck (L-59 act. H&L-39) to relieve L-61. All secondary searches are complete and negative.
0958 - FC - Secondaries are negative in exposure 2, back to an interior operation, continuing to knock down pockets of fire. DWH
1019 - FC - Special call an additional Engine and Truck (E-37 act. E-88, TL-58). Have them report to the command post.
1027 - FC per Car 13 - AVFKD, trucks continue to open up and search for pockets of fire. This will be an extensive overhaul operation. Transmit a 4th Alarm for relief purposes. Make sure there are 2 trucks and an additional RAC unit on the 4th Alarm. This incident is PWH - Duration 1 hour 59 minutes.
